Description
Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung eines "Electron Beam Lithography system"; eines Elektonenstrahlschreibers. Die Erzeugung von Mikro- und Nanostrukturen gehört zu den Grundanforderungen vieler im neu geplanten KCOP Gebäudes des KIT vertretenen Arbeitsgruppen. Die permanente und reibungslose Verfügbarkeit einer leistungsfähigen Elektronenlithographie ist daher unabdingbar. Deshalb soll eine 100kV Elektronenlithographieanlage (EBL) für das Karlsruhe Center for Optics and Photonics (KCOP) am KIT - Campus Nord, Eggenstein-L.
