Description
1. Zamawiający opisani w Rozdziale I Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia (SWZ) przeprowadzają wspólnie postępowanie o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego (art. 38 Ustawy Pzp), upoważnionym Zamawiającym – Liderem Grupy Zakupowej jest Gmina Elbląg. 2. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa energii elektrycznej w okresie od dnia 01.01.2026r. do 31.12.2026r. Zamówienie udzielone zostanie w dwóch częściach. Wykonawca może złożyć ofertę na dowolną ilość części: 1) Część 1 zamówienia – Dostawa energii elektrycznej – pozostałe obiekty 2) Część 2 zamówienia – Dostawa energii elektrycznej - obiekty wod-kan. Szczegółowy opis poszczególnych części zamówienia znajduje się w Rozdziale III.1, III.2 SWZ.
