Description
La Communauté d'Agglomération du Grand Cahors désire s'assurer que ses systèmes de production d'eau potable, de distribution d'eau potable, de collecte et de traitement des eaux usées des communes lui ayant transféré leurs compétences, permettent une desserte satisfaisante de ses usagers, en situation actuelle et future, en prenant en compte son développement. L'objectif pour la collectivité est de définir une stratégie permettant une gestion optimale de la ressource en eau et des infrastructures existantes et à venir. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Le détail du phasage de l'opération figure au cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires
