Description
La consultation vise à sélectionner une équipe prestataire dans le cadre d'un marché unique pouvant comprendre plusieurs co-traitants, qui accompagnera la Communauté d'Agglomération Melun Val-de-Seine dans la reprise et la poursuite de l'élaboration du Schéma de Cohérence Territoriale à l'échelle de son périmètre, prescrite par délibération du 19 février 2013 et mise en suspens fin 2018. Il a été décidé pour cette reprise d'appliquer par anticipation le contenu issu des ordonnances de modernisation des SCoT du 17 juin 2020 et de concevoir un SCoT valant Plan Climat Air Energie Territorial qui aura pour effet de mettre à jour le PCAET de la CAMVS approuvé en janvier 2017, dont le bilan de sa mise en oeuvre a été réalisée en 2022, complété d'un plan de réduction des polluants atmosphériques dit « plan Air renforcé » approuvé par délibération du 9 octobre 2023
