Description

Elverum municipality intends to enter into a contract for assistance with mapping of restructuring measures. Elverum municipality faces considerable economic challenges and needs an external review of the municipality ́s service areas to identify sustainable savings measures. The aim of the procurement is to ensure a knowledge based and comprehensive analysis that gives concrete proposals for cost reductions without posing the necessary services. The goal is to improve the economic scope of action, by cutting costs, increasing revenue and improving efficiency.
