Description
Elverum municipality intends to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of bicycles and bicycle related equipment for new refugees that are settled in Elverum municipality. The aim of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority ́s ongoing need for bicycles and bicycle related equipment, and in this way contribute to a worthy subsistence for the users.
