Description
Στο πλαίσιο της σύμβασης θα εκπονηθεί μελετητικό αντικείμενο που εμπίπτει στο πεδίο εφαρμογής του ν. 4412/2016, με αντικείμενο την εκπόνηση τοπικών πολεοδομικών σχεδίων – μελετών, σύμφωνα με το ν. 4759/2020 (ΦΕΚ 245/Α/9-12-2020), όπως έχει τροποποιηθεί και ισχύει, και με τα προβλεπόμενα στα έγγραφα της σύμβασης και τεύχη του διαγωνισμού.
