Description

Upphandlingen omfattar införande av ett nytt ekonomisystem. Avtalet innefattar nyttjanderätt till programvaran,implementation, löpande underhåll och samt uppgradering under avtalsperioden. Dessutom systemdrift, support samtmöjlighet till lämpliga extratjänster och tilläggsfunktioner. Upphandlingen genomförs i två steg som ett urvalsförfarande där alla kan ansöka om att få delta, men endast Anbudssökande som av den upphandlande myndigheten inbjudits till att lämna anbud, får lämna anbud.
