Description
Die Universität Rostock beabsichtigt die Beauftragung eines Einkristalldiffraktometer als Komplettsystem mit vollständiger Hardware, inklusive aller erforderlichen Peripheriegeräte, und Softwarepaket für Datensammlung, und Auswertung. Das Gerät soll mit zwei Microfocus-Strahlenquellen mit fokussierender Multilayer-Spiegeloptik für Mo-, und Cu-Strahlung, einer Probenkühlung, und einem rauschfreien, energiediskriminierenden, einzelphotonenzählenden Pixeldetektor ausgestattet sein.
