Description
Het leveren van eindejaargeschenken volgens het keuzeconcept. De aanleiding voor het doorlopen van de aanbestedingsprocedure is dat de vorige overeenkomst verlopen is. Door het groeien van het medewerkersbestand, is een Europese procedure noodzakelijk geworden. Het aantal eindejaarsgeschenken zal per jaar gebaseerd worden op het dan huidige medewerkersbestand. Ter illustratie: het medewerkersbestand op 16 april 2025 zou 1.775 geschenken met een budget van €60,- inclusief btw per medewerker/geschenk en 80 stuks ter waarde van €30,- inclusief btw per medewerker/geschenk geven;
Award criteria
- Quality — Zie programma van wensen in bijlage 1: Programma van eisen en wensen.
- Price — Prijs zal niet meewegen aangezien een vast bedrag per geschenk beschikbaar is.
