Ehitusprojekti ekspertiisi (tööprojekti staadium) ja arvutuste teostamine vastavalt tehnilisele kirjeldusele (Lisa 1) Tähtajad: Projektid väljastatakse edukale pakkujale, peale lepingu sõlmimist (eeldatavalt juuli 2025). Ekspertiisi ja arvutuste valmimise tähtaeg: 14 päeva peale projektdokumentatsiooni üle andmist ekspertiisi teostajale.
