Description
Der Auftraggeber plant die Anpassung sämtlicher Gasverbrauchsgeräte (GVG) in seinem Gasversorgungsgebieten von Erdgas L (low calorific gas) auf Erdgas H (high calorific gas). Im Netzgebiet des Auftraggebers handelt es sich nach aktuellem Stand ca. 49.000 Messlokationen (ca. 59.000 GVG bei einem Faktor von 1,2), davon ca. 100 RLM-Kunden. Es sind drei etwa gleich große Schaltzeitpunkte Mitte Juni, Ende Juli und Anfang September 2028 geplant. Der Auftraggeber sucht mit diesem Ausschreibungsverfahren Dienstleister für die Erhebung und Anpassung sowie Dienstleister für die Qualitätssicherung. Weitere Einzelheiten werden in den ***1_Bewerbungsbedingungen*** erläutert, die gemäß Punkt I.3 abrufbar sind. Grundlage der Leistungen sind die entsprechenden DVGW Regelwerke (u.a. G 680 (A), 03/2020, G 676-B1, 10/2011, G 695 (A), 03/2019, G 106 (M), 08/2017 und G 107 (M), 02/2020) und G 682 (A) maßgeblich ist stets die aktuelle Fassung.
