Description
Der Auftraggeber plant die Anpassung der Gasverbrauchsgeräte (GVG) in seinen L-Gas-Netzgebieten Gladbeck und Bottop von Erdgas L (low calorific gas) auf Erdgas H (high calorific gas). Das Netzgebiebt in Gelsenkirchen ist weitgehend bereits ein H-Gas-Netz. Im Netzgebiet des Auftraggebers handelt es sich nach aktuellem Stand um ca. 30.000 Messlokationen (ca. 36.000 GVG bei einem Faktor von 1,2), davon ca. 44 RLM-Kunden. Zwei Schaltzeitpunkte im Mai 2028 (ca. 17.500 Zähler) und im August 2028 (ca. 12.500 Zähler) sind derzeit vorläufig geplant. Der Auftraggeber sucht mit diesem Ausschreibungsverfahren Dienstleister für die Erhebung und Anpassung sowie für die Qualitätssicherung Die Dienstleistung Technisches Projektmanagement wurde bereits ausgeschrieben. Weitere Einzelheiten werden in den ***1_Bewerbungsbedingungen*** erläutert, die gemäß Punkt I.3 abrufbar sind. Grundlage der Leistungen sind die entsprechenden DVGW Regelwerke (u.a. G 680 (A), 03/2020, G 676-B1, 10/2011, G 695 (A), 03/2019, G 106 (M), 08/2017 und G 107 (M), 02/2020) und G 682 (A), maßgeblich ist stets die aktuelle Fassung.
