Description
(1) Το αντικείμενο της σύμβασης περιλαμβάνει: -την εκπόνηση της Οριστικής Μελέτης, της μελέτης Εφαρμογής και κάθε είδους συμπληρωματικής μελέτης και έρευνας, -την κατασκευή των έργων Πολιτικού Μηχανικού, -την προμήθεια και εγκατάσταση όλου του ηλεκτρολογικού και μηχανολογικού εξοπλισμού, -τη θέση σε αποδοτική λειτουργία και τις δοκιμές ολοκλήρωσης -τη δοκιμαστική λειτουργία του έργου από τον Ανάδοχο για χρονικό διάστημα έξι (6) μηνών, -την κανονική λειτουργία και συντήρηση της εγκατάστασης από τον Ανάδοχο για χρονικό διάστημα έξι (6) ετών, με δικαίωμα προαίρεσης για επιπλέον έξι (6) έτη.
