Un nouvel établissement scolaire, l’école secondaire professionnelle II Noëlla Rouget s’implante sur le territoire de la ville de Meyrin, à l'intersection de l'avenue Sainte-Cécile et l'avenue Auguste-François-Dubois. Le projet consiste en la construction d’un établissement d’enseignement secondaire d’une capacité d’environ 1’400 élèves et 200 enseignants. Le bâtiment est composé de 3 niveaux et un sous-sol et sera quasiment entièrement construit en bois.
