Description
Prin achizitionarea produselor descrise in caietul de sarcini- Anexa 1- Specificatii tehnice, autoritatea contractanta doreste sa raspunda necesitatilor identificate in cadrul spitalului, in baza urmatoarelor referate de necesitate: referatului nr. 692/03.09.2025 si ale specificatiilor tehnice atasate referatului, elaborate de Sef Sectie A.T.I. , aprobate si avizate de Conducerea SJUSM , si referatul de necesitate nr. 85/03.09.2025 si ale specificatiilor tehnice atasate referatului, intocmite de Sef Sectie Bloc Operator aprobat si avizat de conducererea SJUSM, comasate in referatul nr. 21510/06.10.2025 aprobat si avizat de conducerea SJUSM si a Horararii nr.12/15.10.2025 a Consiliului de Administratie. Conform notei justificative nr. 785/20.10.2025 si a notei justificative nr 23794/04.11.2025, aprobate de managerul institutiei, prin achizitionarea echipamentelor medicale din prezenta procedura, autoritatea contractanta doreste sa raspunda necesitatilor identificate.
