Ajánlatkérő az EBSCO Discovery Service (EDS) megnevezésű metakereső adatbázist kívánja beszerezni 36 hónapos szerződés keretében, amely képes rá, hogy az Ajánlatkérő rendelkezésére és használatában álló adatbázisok nyújtotta hatalmas adattömegben egyszerre keressen, időveszteség és kompromisszumok nélkül. A metakereső az Ajánlatkérő (Egyetem) területén belül bárhol megnyitható, de a rendszer képes a Neptun kóddal történő autentikációra is.
