Description
De opdracht betreft het afsluiten van een WGA Garantieverzekering of een zogenaamde borgstelling tegen het risico van faillissement. NS heeft besloten de financiering van de WGA Eigenrisicodragerschap volledig zelf te dragen per 01-01-2026. De Wet financiering sociale verzekeringen (art. 40) eist dat de werkgever (NS) een garantie overlegt aan de belastingdienst van een bank of verzekeraar gevestigd in Nederland tegen het risico van faillissement. De scope van deze opdracht betreft het afdekken van het faillissementsrisico en daarmee te borgen dat arbeidsongeschiktheidsuitkeringen worden uitgevoerd.
