Description
NS is eigenrisicodrager voor de WGA (Werkhervatting Gedeeltelijk Arbeidsgeschikten). Aanvullend op de wettelijke bepalingen kent NS een aantal loonaanvullingen die in de CAO zijn vastgelegd m.b.t. arbeidsongeschiktheid o.a. voor medewerkers die met ontslag gaan met een gedeeltelijke arbeidsongeschiktheid (WGA 35-80%). De opdracht betreft het afsluiten van twee verzekeringen waarmee toezeggingen in de NS-CAO zijn geborgd: -Aanvulling op het inkomen van alle medewerkers binnen CAO NS indien het dienstverband wordt beëindigd vanwege een arbeidsongeschiktheid tussen 35%-80%, de zogenaamde WGA Hiaat Basisverzekering. -Extra aanvulling op het inkomen waarvoor werknemers zich vrijwillig kunnen aanmelden, de zogenaamde WGA Hiaat Extraverzekering.
