• Het afnemen van selectieassessments voor vacatures vanaf schaal 13 en hoger en; • Het afnemen van (online) ontwikkelassessments t.b.v. de persoonlijke ontwikkeling van medewerkers welke in dienst zijn (of komen) bij Hogeschool Rotterdam. Zie tevens hoofdstuk 2 van het beschrijvend document De geraamde waarde van de Raamovereenkomst bedraagt € 50.000,--, met een maximum van € 90.000,-- (exclusief BTW) per jaar. De geraamde totale waarde is maximaal € 360.000 (exclusief BTW). Verwachting: Selectieassessment: 20 selectie assessments per jaar Ontwikkel assessments: 10 ontwikkelassessments per jaar
