Het Deltion College heeft tot doel één Opdrachtnemer te contracteren voor de inzet van touringcarvervoer voor Eéndaagse reizen. De omvang van de waarde van de opdracht overschrijdt de (Europese) aanbestedingsgrens, waardoor Europees aanbesteden noodzakelijk is. Met deze aanbesteding voor de inzet van touringcarvervoer voor Eéndaagse reizen beoogt het Deltion College één Opdrachtnemer voor de periode van 4 (vier) jaren te contracteren.
