Om de behoefte van NS in te vullen, wensen wij met deze aanbesteding drie (3) leveranciers voor een Raamovereenkomst service design (sd) en UX design te contracteren. Met deze raamovereenkomst kunnen we flexibel inspelen op onze designbehoeften door nadere opdrachten te verstrekken op basis van resultaatopdrachten. Dit biedt ons de mogelijkheid om, afhankelijk van de aard en omvang van een project, een passende en efficiënte oplossing te kiezen.
