Description
De gemeente Noardeast-Fryslân is voornemens een Overeenkomst aan te gaan voor het integraal ontwerp(team) ten behoeve van de sloop en nieuwbouw van de Koningstraat 14 Dokkum en de uitvoering van groot onderhoud aan het Rijksmonument aan de Zijl 2 en Suupmarkt 2 Dokkum, inclusief het terrein. De gemeente Noardeast-Fryslân zoekt een integraal ontwerpteam, waarin tenminste de disciplines architectuur, installatieadvies, constructieadvies, kostenadvies, bouwfysica en duurzaamheid (inclusief circulariteit) worden vertegenwoordigd. Uitgangspunten: ▪ Bouwdeel A1 (rijksmonument): restauratie/ groot onderhoud ▪ Bouwdeel A2: sloop of revitalisatie/ herinrichting ▪ Bouwdeel B: sloop en nieuwbouw
