De opdracht betreft de reiniging van afzuigkanalen. Reiniging van Afzuigkanalen (vet/stof) in winkels en delen van stations(gebouwen) van afzuigkap tot en met de uitblaas op circa 170 locaties. Deze 170 locaties zijn verdeeld over ca. 50 stations. De opdracht wordt verdeeld in 2 Percelen, te weten; Perceel 1 Noord en Perceel 2 Zuid. Voor beide Percelen gelden dezelfde werkzaamheden.
