Description
NS zoekt via deze Europese Openbare Aanbesteding een leverancier voor het uitvoeren van een deel van de selectie en werving van MBO-kandidaten voor functies bij Trein & Station. Deze samenwerking met een externe partij biedt NS de flexibiliteit om snel in te spelen op veranderende personeelsbehoeften. Er is behoefte aan een flexibele en professionele pool van recruiters en frontoffice medewerkers die ervaring hebben met volume recruitment en kunnen functioneren binnen een complexe corporate omgeving. Deze leverancier moet snel kunnen inspelen op wisselende wervingsbehoeften. Daarnaast is er behoefte aan een ervaren coördinator voor de planning en coördinatie. Het gaat om invullen van essentiële (veiligheids)functies zoals een machinist of hoofdconducteur die strenge selectieprocedures vereisen.
