Het betreft de inkoop van psychologische dienstverlening na schokkende gebeurtenissen, waaronder maar niet uitsluitend: 1. Het verrichten van opvang en nazorg; 2. Het verrichten van intakes; 3. Het verrichten van behandeling enkelvoudig en meervoudig Trauma. Voor de volledige inhoud van de gevraagde dienstverlening verwijst NS u naar de Gunningsleidraad en het daarbij behorende Programma van Eisen.
