Description
De opdracht betreft de lease van Afdrukapparatuur (Multifunctionals en Plotters) ten behoeve van de algemene printer voorzieningen voor alle medewerkers van DNB voor het kantoorpand in Amsterdam en het kantoorpand in Zeist. Alle Afdrukapparatuur is inclusief het bijbehorende onderhoud en software. De Afdrukapparatuur dient te zijn voorzien van SaaS software en wordt gekoppeld aan het interne beveiligde datanetwerk van DNB. Hiernaast dient de Afdrukapparatuur een print anywhere en secure printing faciliteit te hebben. Alle Multifunctionals dienen voorzien te zijn van afwerkingsunits, printerservers en scanunits. De Multifunctionals beschikken over een afdruk-, scan-, OCR-, e-mail- en kopieerfunctie. Binnen de scope van deze aanbesteding valt: • De levering van Afdrukapparatuur; • Het onderhouden en beheren van de Afdrukapparatuur inclusief SaaS-software; • Secure printing faciliteiten; • De levering van benodigde supplies zoals toners, fusers, consumables enz.
