Met deze aanbesteding beoogt de Aanbestedende dienst een overeenkomst te sluiten met één Opdrachtnemer die in staat is om gedurende de contractperiode te voorzien in de levering, plaatsing, het beheer, het onderhoud en – indien noodzakelijk – de vervanging van monsternamekasten. Daarbij staat het waarborgen van continuïteit, betrouwbaarheid en kwaliteit van de monstername-infrastructuur centraal. Levering en onderhoud van ongeveer 54 monsternamekasten gedurende maximaal 10 jaar.
