Opdrachtgever heeft als doel van de aanbesteding om één Raamovereenkomst af te sluiten met één Opdrachtnemer voor de levering van ICT hardware, accessoires en bijbehorende dienstverlening, Opdrachtgever wenst met de Inschrijver die de economisch meest voordelige inschrijving heeft gedaan een Raamovereenkomst te sluiten. Inschrijver moet voldoen aan de gestelde voorwaarden en eisen die zijn gespecificeerd in deze tender.
