Dit betreft een marktconsultatie van NS wenst door middel van de marktconsultatie meer inzage te krijgen in het marktaanbod van de oplossingen en mogelijkheden op gebied van 'Klantonderzoek'. De scope betreft onder meer Kwantitatief klantonderzoek (circa € 1,3 mio/jaar), Kwalitatief klantonderzoek (circa € 200.000/jaar) en Neuro-onderzoek (afgelopen drie jaar is er zo'n 200.000,- euro uitgegeven) zowel onder klanten als medewerkers van NS.NB: er kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend aan de genoemde bedragen.
