Het doel van deze openbare Europese aanbesteding is om te komen tot maximaal drie raamovereenkomsten inzake de inhuur van medewerkers ten behoeve van de afdeling G&T GBLT. De opdracht wordt gegund aan de drie Inschrijvers met de meest voordelige inschrijving (beste prijs-kwaliteit). 150.000 euro per jaar
