De dienstverlening heeft betrekking op het op afroep leveren van bloemen. De onderhavige opdracht behelst: Losse bestellingen van bloemen en boeketten. De losse bestellingen kunnen diverse redenen hebben, zoals diplomeringen, jubilea, geboorte, overlijden, ziekte, verwelkomen, afscheid nemen enzovoort. Deze bestellingen kunnen zowel op de Nederlandse locaties van NHL Stenden Hogeschool als op huisadressen worden bezorgd. De raamovereenkomst kent een maximale waarde van EUR 700.000 inclusief BTW over de periode van 4 jaar.
