Description
The contract work includes a turnkey contract for the engineering design services for and the construction of a new E6 between Ranheim and Sveberg. The contract includes completion of a four lane motorway from Ranheim to Sveberg dimensioned for 110 km/h. The stretch is approx. 12.5 km long, divided between 10.8 km roads in open air and 1 tunnel of approx. 1.7 km (the Be tunnel). Alterations shall be made to 3 two level crossings and two junctions shall be completed with new ramps. The stretch also includes 30 new constructions, of which 7 have been completed and 2 are partially completed. 16 existing constructions shall be demolished. A complete overview is also in the tender documentation. A new water supply shall also be established for Malvik municipality, with a pipeline system along the route from Be to Sveberg. The pipeline has started and shall be completed as a part of this contract. A new northbound tunnel for the Være tunnel has been completely blasted and secured, while the existing tunnels shall be completely renovated and expanded to the north due to visibility requirements.
