E39 cycle path Bergen, which is part of the cycle strategy for Bergen under the auspices of the Environmental Promise, has a total of 8 sub-stretches that form the "backbone" in the cycle path network from Flesland in the south to Vågsbotn in the north. This contract is for the construction of sub stretch 6b Bradbenken – Sandvikstorget and 6c Sandvikstorget – Glass Knag, along county road 577. The stretch is 2.4 km long, and starts at Bradbenken junction with Sandbrogaten, passes through Skuteviken and Sandviken, through gjensidigekrysset and finishes by ramps to/from E39 at Glass Knag.
