Description
The contract work is for the engineering design services for and the construction of the Gjønnes tunnel, including a local road system at Gjønnes. The Gjønnes tunnel is a new connection between Gjønnes and E18 at Strand, with further connection to Fornebu. The tunnel is a two run tunnel with a cross section of T9.5. Contract E105 shall construct approx. 1,500 m of the total approx. 1,950 m long tunnel. The remaining approx. 450 m shall be carried out by the adjoining contract E102. The lot border is just north of the Høvik tunnel. In addition to the tunnel, a new crossing area shall be established at Gjønnes, connected to Bærumsveien.
