Raamlepingu esemeks on Eesti Töötukassa veebilehe www.tootukassa.ee, selle autentimist nõudva iseteeninduskeskkonna, ning kesksete moodulite AVM, TVM ja ADS arendus- ja hooldustööde tellimine. AVM - töötukassa keskne asutuste ja volituste moodul. TVM - töötukassa keskne töövahenduse moodul, ehk tööpakkumiste haldamise, tööpakkumiste ja kliendi profiili (CVde) sobitamise moodul. ADS - töötukassa keskne aadressiandmete süsteem.
