De scope van de Werkzaamheden voor het E&W onderhoud bestaat in hoofdlijnen uit: Preventief onderhoud (PO) aan de assets, waarvoor op basis van een vaste prijs per gebouw en per bouwdeel afspraken worden gemaakt. Correctief- en Storingsonderhoud (CO) (24/7) op basis van meldingen en/of i.r.t. Preventief onderhoud (PO) of Wettelijk Verantwoordelijke maatregelen (WvM) waarvoor op basis van een stelpost afspraken worden gemaakt. Een consignatiedienst voor alle eerstelijns storingen en indien noodzakelijk de coördinatie voor de opschaling naar en eventuele begeleiding van de 2e lijns storingsdienst. Bijstand bij calamiteiten. Servicewerk aan E&W installaties. Dit zijn operationele- en/of aanvullende onderhouds- werkzaamheden tot € 5.000,-, die benodigd zijn om de dagelijkse werking en functionaliteit van een installatie/systeem, asset of ruimtegebruik te handhaven of te optimaliseren. Deze taken zijn van beperkte omvang en complexiteit, en ze kunnen betrekking hebben op correctief onderhoud, aanpassingen of uitbreidingen die niet grootschalig of als ingrijpend worden beschouwd.
