Beskrivning/Omfattning Deltagande kommuner är de fyra nordligaste kommunerna i Värmland och de en total befolkningsmängd 2023 på 40548 personer med följande fördelning: - Sunne kommun 13287 - Torsby kommun 11768 - Hagfors kommun 11705 - Munkfors kommun 3788. 2 För mer information om kommunerna, se respektive hemsida: www.sunne.se (http://www.forshaga.se/), www.torsby.se (http://www.torsby.se/), www.hagfors.se (http://www.hagfors.se/) samt www.munkfors.se Kommunerna avser att etablera en e-arkivlösning som tjänst enligt följande punkter: - E-arkivet ska levereras som tjänst. - Under införandet avser kommunerna ansluta ett pilotsystem som grund för att uppnå leveransgodkännande. - Föremålet för kontraktet, vilket avses tilldelas en leverantör, omfattar ett ansvar för införandet av tjänsten, samt att tillhandahålla service, support och underhåll i enlighet med uppställda krav. Utöver det ska också extra konsultstöd tillhandahållas vid behov. - Arkivmaterial kommer att levereras till e-arkivet från kommunens nämnder och kommunala bolag.
