Description
Bei dem Neubau handelt es sich um einen Massivbau mit Flachdecken, mit tragenden Trennwänden innen und Stahlbetonstützen/ bzw. -wänden mit einer vorgehängten, hinterlüfteten Holz-Element-Fassade. Die Außenwände und die Bodenplatte in den unterirdischen Geschossen werden aus Stahlbeton errichtet.
