De meldkamer ambulancezorg van de GGD Flevoland gebruikt voor het managen van de ambulanceritten een softwareapplicatie dynamisch ambulancemanagement (DAM). In verband met de inkoopuitgaven aan de DAM applicatie en haar aanbestedingsplicht, heeft GGD Flevoland onderzocht in hoeverre alternatieve applicaties dan de huidige en die aan alle door de GGD Flevoland gestelde eisen voldoen, in de markt beschikbaar zijn.
