Met het onderhavige Dynamisch AankoopSysteem beoogt Veiligheidsregio Utrecht de inhuur van flexibele arbeid voor haar Risicobeheersingstaken te bewerkstelligen. Gezien de fluctuatie in de behoefte van Veiligheidsregio Utrecht voor deze diensten is het niet mogelijk om een enigszins realistisch aantal of omvang te noemen. Wel zal de omvang de Europese aanbestedingsdrempel hoogstwaarschijnlijk overstijgen.
