Qualification scheme - Free user choice by BPA for users in Levanger, Verdal, Inderøy, Steinkjer and Snåsa municipalities. The scheme has a duration of up to 10 years, starting 01.03.2024 The aim of the qualification scheme is to allow users of BPA (user managed personal assistance) to have a real choice as regards which tenderers, or the municipality, they would like to carry out the services they have decided on (user choice).
