Die Motivation für die Ausschreibung der WDM für den Auftraggeber liegt darin begründet, dass die bestehende Architektur den gewachsenen Ansprüchen an Übertragungsgeschwindigkeit und Performancedurchsatz zukünftig weiterhin gerecht wird, um die bestehenden Geschäftsabläufe sicher aufrecht erhalten zu können.
