Description
Hogeschool Utrecht is voornemens zijn vastgoedportefeuille te verduurzamen. Elk gebouw van Hogeschool Utrecht moet voldoen aan de EU-normen, waarbij de norm van 70kwh/m2 wordt gehanteerd. De uitvoeringstermijn zal, zoals nu gepland, van 2026-2030 plaatsvinden en zoveel mogelijk worden gerealiseerd in co-creatie met een te contracteren leverancier. Vanwege de financiële omvang zal een Europese aanbesteding worden uitgevoerd en op basis daarvan zal een contract worden gesloten. Geplande publicatiedatum is begin september 2025.
