Description
Dublin City Council seeks to establish a Multi Party Framework Agreement with two Economic Operators for the provision of Leaflet Distribution Services. The Framework will be for a maximum period of 4 years. The Contracting Authority confirms that the period of any contracts awarded under the framework agreement may extend beyond the date of expiry of the agreement. Typical project duration can vary from requiring two to three days effort to two weeks depending on the number of leaflets to be distributed. The Active Travel Network Programme Office is working on individual schemes that overtime will make up the entirety of the Active Travel Network. Most of those schemes require public consultation and a very important part of those consultations are the creation and delivery of information leaflets, typically a four-page leaflet (double sided - A5 size) for residents and businesses. The service provided by the chosen distribution companies will involve: • Identifying accurate number and breakdown of premises (houses, apartments and commercial) from a phase map provided by the Active Travel team, providing a return map with the premises dotted for distribution. • Providing a quote f…
