Description
Ajánlatkérő 24 hónapra vonatkozó különböző DSA anyagokat kíván megvásárolni a Kbt. 104.§ (3) bekezdés alapján több ajánlattevővel megkötött keretmegállapodás alapján konszignációs raktár kihelyezésével. A Kbt. 105. § (2) bekezdés a) pontja alapján, az esetenkénti megrendelés, a 104. § (3) bekezdés szerinti keretmegállapodásban meghatározott feltételek szerint, az ajánlatkérő által közvetlen megrendelés útján a 105. § (2) bekezdés a) pontja szerint kiválasztott ajánlattevőtől történik objektív szempontok alapján. Keretösszeg: 1-3 rész nettó + 50%-os mennyiségi eltérés (24 hó) 341 814 594,- Ft
