Se pot solicita clarificari privind documentatia de atribuire inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, astfel: cel tarziu in a 15 - a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit in Anuntul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor. Autoritatea Contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari, astfel: in a 11- a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor stabilit in Anuntul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor.
