Description
De opdrachtgever wil een contract sluiten met één partij die kan voorzien in het verzenden van gemeentelijke papieren en digitale brieven. Deze dienst moet in de vorm van een applicatie beschikbaar gesteld worden aan de gemeente, zodat de gemeente op zelf gekozen momenten brieven kan klaarzetten voor verzending.
