Universiteit Leiden heeft een deel van het drukwerk in eigen beheer. Onder deze Opdracht vallen enkele grote, regelmatige terugkerende Opdrachten en een groot aantal kleine Opdrachten. De onderdelen zijn als volgt: • Maatwerk • Brochures • Periodieke opdrachten (bijvoorbeeld de Leidraad) • Enveloppen • Flyers/folders • Briefpapier • Tentamenpapier • Omslag reader • Certificaten/Diploma’s • Voorraadbeheer (het op voorraad houden van diverse drukwerkopdrachten) Buiten de reikwijdte van de aanbesteding vallen opmaak en vormgeving, alsmede kopieerwerk.
