Le présent appel d’offres a pour objet la couverture médicale et sociale pour les risques frais médicaux et prévoyance (incapacité temporaire, invalidité partielle, invalidité permanente totale, dépendance et décès) des agents en activité, des anciens agents et des pensionnés du Conseil de l’Europe, ainsi que le cas échéant, de leurs ayants droit.
